- I have been happily married for almost 9 years and we have a wonderful little two year old named Caleb. I recently turned 30 and realized that age really is only a number. I am more comfortable with myslef right now, than I have ever been. I know who I am, but I am constantly changing and fine-tuning my character. So far, this is the best time of my life. I have a fabulous group of friends and I am lucky enough to have the opportunity to stay at home with my little boy. I started this blog because I wanted to have a place to share my scattered thoughts, my most treasured recipes, and the events of my sometimes crazy days. I love my family and friends, I hate drama, and I despise chronic negativity. I am far from perfect, but I try to be the best wife, mother, and friend that I can be. I am a work in progress...
